Just remember the main goal is to build the worlds fastest rc car contender, an open wheel design will never reach the same speeds as a closed wheel body for rc cars,
Look at the current worlds fastest open wheel vehicle it is 30 mph slower then the current gt body car.

I know I provided the Toyota TS050 suggestion...but, in all honesty, the more I look at the options, and the more I think about it, the more I realize that the Jaguar is, truly, THE best option, closely followed by the 962. As much as I am a fan of Red Bull Racing (but NOT F1...especially after last week), it's probably the worst option for the intended purpose of this RC. Yes, the Red Bull F1 car is gorgeous...but, it belongs on a track, with LOTS of left/right turns, not "going straight, as fast as possible".

I fear "the people" will want the Redbull F1 car for the looks, but it won't be the correct choice for speed run use. If Rlaarlo goes that route (which will sell very well) then they should also offer an 2nd body like the Jag for the serious speed guys.

This car should not be open wheel like an f1 car it will severely hinder it compared to the lamas style body's

I strongly feel it should be a close in body like that Jaguar 🐆 hope this is going to be a top build RTR car with no problems

Love the redbull f1, but understand the open wheel restraints at the same time look at the limitless. Its pretty much the #1 car out there right now for speedrunning an it has the f1 open wheel body design.

I also love the speedtail, but also love the older race cars/lemans cars to keep it how rlaarlo has been putting out bodies for the AK.

Very hard choice for me. My vote goes for the speedtail but right behind it is the Jaguar. Also surprised no one likes the nissan.

I think this project has two goals....
From a business standpoint they have to have sales or else this is going to be a 1 and done project. Has to make business sense. Therefore, the smartest thing to do is offer a main stream body and a top speed body. Let people choose how fast or good they want to look. Otherwise it will be the world's fastest with very limited sales if it doesn't have good looks. Capture both groups, that way the money will flow and Rlarro can keep the projects coming! Two bird with one stone.

Something like mclaren speedtail would be very unique, with large diffuser and accurate body shape, it would be interesting to see if it would have very low drag. honestly any of these bodies would be mad!

The speed tail looks amazing, if it was just for street bashing I'd go with that, I'm just not sure about the open front for speed runs. The Jaguar should be good aero wise, but the Porsche looks better than the Jaguar, I think.

The Porche 962 is beautiful, but its very similar to the last Rlaarlo AK-787 in design. The F1 car would be cool but so impractical for packaging reasons. Plus owning 4 RC F1 cars, they are VERY unstable to drive. I love the look of the Mclaren Speedtail but I do not think it would be popular. So for me, I would love to see the Toyota TS050.

I believe the 962 and the Jag leave open the ability to add wings to the body design, which will be important at higher speeds.
